Notice is hereby given that an emergency meeting of the Board of Directors of Youngstown Academy of Excellence has been scheduled to take place on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 12:00  p.m. The meeting will take place at 1408 Rigby Street, Youngstown, OH 44506. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss threatened and pending legal matters.
